HEATHER SMITH
Heather is a skilled and trusted public relations practitioner with 17 years experience working with a wide range of organisations both in Australia and the UK.
In 2014, she was awarded a Golden Target Award by the Public Relations Institute of Australia for a sustainability campaign she delivered for a Queensland natural resource management group.
Her experience extends across numerous sectors including education, local and state government, finance, natural resource management, energy, retail and not-for-profit.
She is also a former lecturer in Public Relations at the University of Southern Queensland and has completed a Master of Arts (Public Relations) for which she received a High Distinction for her thesis: A regional Australia perspective on the modern-day public relations professional.
She is passionate about environmental sustainability, animal welfare and social inclusion.
